Recycled Paper
What you need
*Screen with a frame.
*Tissue paper, news paper, printer paper, wrapping paper, and envelopes ripped into small pieces.
*Blender.
*Old table cloth.
*Butter knife.
*Cardboard cut to fit the shape of the screen.
Directions:
1. Cover your work space with a table cloth.
2. Put the screen over the basin.
3. Fill the blender 2/3 with warm water, sprinkle in 1-2 of the torn paper, let soak for 30 minutes.
4. With the lid on, blend the paper for at least 30 seconds, pour in the screen.
5. Press the cardboard to the paper pulp to squeeze the excess water out, you may need to pry the page off the cardboard with the butter knife.
6. The paper will detach from the screen.

License Plate Bird Feeder
What You Need
*2 license plates.
*4 thick sticks for the uprights, 5 1/2" long.
*4 thick sticks for the floor sides, 2 12" long and the other 2 8 1/2".
*Plywood scrap for the floor 8 1/2 by 9 1/4.
*Wood scraps for roof ends, make 2 triangles 10 1/2" by 3" at the point.
*8 #10 tapping screws 5/8" long.
*10 #6 galvanized dry-wall screws, 1 1/4" long.
*A screwdriver.
*A handsaw.
*A pencil.
*A ruler.
*A hammer and a nail.
*Twine or wire.
Directions:
1. Measure the 2 roof triangles and the floor rectangle and cut them out with the handsaw.
2. Make some holes in the bottom of the floor so rain water can drain out, do this with a nail and a hamer.
3. Screw the floor side sticks to the edges of the floor rectangle.
4. Screw the 4 upright s ticks to the 2 roof triangles with the drywall screws.
5. Screw the bottom's of the uprights to the corners of the floor using drywall nails.
6. Screw the license plates to the roof using tapping screws.
7. Run twine or wire through the roof to hang feeder.
8. Pour bird seeds on the floor of the bird house for the birds to eat.

* Used aluminum foil.
* Paper mache mix in a bowl.
* Newspaper.
* White latex or gesso paint.
* Acrylic paints.
* Small paint brushes.
* A twig, basket, or a napkin ring.
Directions:
1. Shape the bird from wire, then cover all of the bird but the feet, you may also want to shape the birds body, head, and beak more exactly.
2. Tear newspaper into strips 1/4" wide, dip them in the glue and water paper mache mix, put the strips every were but the feet.
3. Paint the whole bird in the white latex or gesso, let dry.
4. Paint with acrylic paint, let dry.
5. When dry perch on a twig, basket, or napkin ring.
